Privacy Policy – rules governing the collection, processing, use,
and protection of personal data that may be requested/received
when using the website portal https://25-dshv.mil.gov.ua/ (hereinafter referred
to as the Portal).
Personal data means information or a set of information about a
natural or legal person that is identified or can be specifically
identified.
The Portal Administrator regards the confidential (personal)
information of all individuals using the information posted on the
Portal, as well as the Portal subjects – registered users,
authorized provider representatives, instructors (trainers) – with
great respect. Therefore, we strive to protect the confidentiality
of personal data, thereby creating and ensuring the most
comfortable conditions for using the Portal.
By filling out the registration form and checking the box
indicating your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter
– the Policy), you consent to the processing of your personal data
for the purpose of providing role-based access, preparing
statistical, administrative, and other information related to
professional training.
Before using the Portal, please carefully read your rights and
obligations regarding the processing of personal data, as
indicated in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Personal Data
Protection’, this Policy, and express your full consent to its
terms.
The collection and use of personal data
The collection of personal data is carried out exclusively with
your conscious and voluntary consent as the data subject, for the
use of the Portal’s functional features and in accordance with the
purpose of processing personal data formulated in this Policy.
The scope and type of collection and use of your personal data
vary depending on the role in which you plan to use the functional
features of the Portal.
Depending on the role you choose, when registering on the Portal
and filling out your personal account information, you provide the
following data:
Full name, date of birth, gender, or other identification data,
phone number, and email;
Information related to your professional activity: workplace,
position, job category, specialization, qualification, academic
degree, scientific title, etc;
additional registration details.
Upon further use of the Portal, the collection of information
contained in feedback form submissions / email messages is done
automatically.
Purpose of collecting, processing, and using personal data
The collection, processing, and use of personal data are carried
out for the purpose of:
Providing role-based access, including:
registering Portal users;
facilitating electronic interaction among Portal users through
personal accounts;
Summarizing and systematizing registers and structured data,
including:
compiling a list;
monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing statistical data generated
by Portal users as a result of its usage.
Personal data is stored for a period no longer than necessary for
the purpose of their collection, processing, and use, or until you
cease using the Portal by deleting your account.
Access to personal data
Full access to personal data of registered Portal users is granted
to the authorized personnel designated by the Portal
administrator.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
The Portal Administrator (25th AB) does not transfer or disclose
the personal data received from registered Portal users to third
parties.
Disclosure of personal data is possible in cases defined by the
current legislation of Ukraine, as well as in the involvement of
third parties providing technical support and/or services for
Portal improvement under a contract, provided that personal data
is not disclosed.
The Portal may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and
other online resources on the Internet. Third-party resources may
be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. We do
not verify third-party resources and their content for compliance
with requirements (accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.).
25-dshv is not responsible for any information or materials
posted on third-party resources.
Personal data protection
The Portal Administrator takes necessary procedural and technical
measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized
access, or their distribution on the Portal.
Changes to the Policy Terms
The Portal Administrator may modify this Policy to accurately
reflect the methods of collection, processing, use, access, and
protection of personal data.
Accordingly, you should review this Policy periodically. When the
Portal Administrator modifies this Policy, they update the “last
updated” date at the top of this Policy. Changes to this Policy
are effective when they are published.
Your Rights
By registering on the Portal, you have the right to:
receive information about the sources of collection and the
location of storage of your personal data, as well as the purpose
of their processing;
receive information about the terms of providing access to
personal data, including information about third parties to whom
your personal data are transferred;
receive information about the processing and use of your personal
data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt
of the request (except in cases provided by the Law of Ukraine “On
Personal Data Protection”);
present a substantiated demand to the owner of personal data with
objections regarding the processing of your personal data;
file complaints regarding the processing of your personal data by
the owner or controller of personal data to the Commissioner for
Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
apply legal remedies in case of violations of the legislation on
personal data protection;
withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data.
